Out on all platforms, the inspiration behind it is all too relatable. Opening up about the song’s background, Jewelz stated, “The inspiration came from a real place, real experience in my life. In my younger days I would day I was Toxic,” he tells us.
“Dealing with different girls and their friends. I just love women, all women. All shades. Different vibes. Different goals, personalities, attributes, the whole nine. One situation I was talking to one friend, then another, then a third. I liked them all in different ways…I just wanted to speak on it in a song. I wanted them to hear it and know I was talking about them.”
Why an artist like Sada? Well, like most of his fans, Jewelz says, “I like the energy he brings to songs.” Jewelz compliments Sada’s business mentality, and word has it that they have multiple records together.
